Oreo cheesecake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 52 cookies (Oreo)
  • 500 g quark
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 150 g sugar
  • ¾ pack of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Grind 36 of the biscuits in a food processor and mix with the melted butter. Transfer everything to a 26cm springform pan. Using a hand mixer, mix the quark, 4 eggs, cream, sugar, and the remaining ingredients until smooth. Finally, roughly crush the remaining Oreo biscuits and add them. Transfer the mixture to the springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Cover the cake after about 10 minutes to prevent the surface from turning black. Remove the cover shortly before baking. Tip: You can, of course, use cream cheese instead of the quark.
