Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 bell peppers, green or mixed
- 4 Vienna sausages
- 2 tbsp fat
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 cup(s) water
- Marjoram or herbs of Provence
- spice(s) to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the onions and peppers and sauté. Slice the sausages and add them to the onions and peppers, browning lightly. Add the tomato ketchup, tomato paste, water, and seasonings, and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
