Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 1 spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for a variety of appetizers

Pour the three liquid ingredients into a small bowl and dissolve the sugar. Thinly slice the spring onion diagonally and stir in the mixture along with the sesame seeds. This is ideal for dipping with most Korean appetizers.
