  • 300 g beef steak(s), finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, Japanese
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar, brown
  • 2 tbsp leek, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil, dark
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
