Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g beef fillet(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 6 spring onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 2 tsp oil (sesame oil)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Dice the beef fillet and bell peppers, cut the spring onions into diagonal strips about 2 cm long, and thread them alternately onto water-soaked wooden skewers. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and cover the skewers to marinate for at least 12 hours. Drain the skewers and grill or roast them.
