Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 large cucumber(s) , pickles
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ cup natural yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • ½ cup meat broth
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the cooled potatoes and slice them thinly. Finely chop the onion, mix with salt, pepper, vinegar, and meat broth (the broth can also be slightly warm), and pour it over the potato slices. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the boiled eggs and cucumber. Mix the Miracle Whip and yogurt well, then stir everything into the potatoes and season to taste.
