Potato and minced meat casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g spring onions
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 ml white wine
  • 60 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes, and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain. Brown the minced meat with the crushed garlic in butter. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean and slice the spring onions, and wash and slice the tomatoes. Layer the potatoes, tomatoes, spring onions, and minced meat in a greased baking dish. Whisk the eggs with the wine and milk, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and pour the mixture evenly over the ingredients in the dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for about 12 minutes.
