Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 potatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 300 g Cabanossi
- 6 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tbsp oil
- 6 slice(s) cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Slice the Cabanossi and fry them with the potatoes in a pan with oil for a good 10 minutes over medium heat. Whisk the eggs and milk in a measuring cup and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces. Mix the potato and Cabanossi mixture with the bell pepper pieces in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and place the casserole in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, arrange the slices on top of the casserole, return the dish to the oven for another 5 minutes, and then serve.
