Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 firm bananas
- 30 g butter
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp palm sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thailand
Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the banana halves until soft. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with palm sugar. Stir-fry until the sugar has dissolved. Serve on dessert plates and drizzle with the pan juices.
