- 50 g rice (sticky rice)
- 50 ml coconut milk
- ½ mango(s)
- n. B. Sweetener

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 days 40 minutes
Thai dessert
Heat water in a large pot and cook the rice according to the package instructions. When the rice is cooked and there is no more water in the pot, mix the coconut milk with the sweetener and add a little to the rice. Let the rice cool. Meanwhile, slice the mango. Arrange the rice and mango on a plate and pour over the remaining coconut milk, either hot or cold.
