Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp Dill, fresh or frozen, chopped
- 2 tsp horseradish (creamed horseradish)
- pepper
Instructions

Ideal as a spread on bread or as a topping for crackers, super fast
Finely puree the salmon with the quark. Add the creamed horseradish and season with pepper. Puree again thoroughly. Add the dill and mix in. Ideal for cold buffets or crackers.
