Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 ports. Apple, banana, cantaloupe, papaya, mango, orange, tangerine etc.
  • 1 can/n Desiccated coconut (coconut strips)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • Condensed milk
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until creamy, stir in the canned coconut flakes (available at Asian stores), add the milk, and mix thoroughly. Depending on the consistency of the mixture, you can also stir in natural yogurt. Chop the fruit (you can use any fruit you like) and add it. Finally, season with a pinch of pepper. Chill the Filipino fruit salad and let it sit for a while.
