Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 honeydew melon(s)
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

delicious Asian dessert
Remove the seeds and rind from a nice, ripe honeydew melon and cut into approximately 1.5 cm cubes. Place these in a bowl and chill. Heat 400 ml of coconut milk with 4 tablespoons of cane sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Chill, then pour over the melon cubes. Chill for another 3 hours. Done.
