Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g speculatius biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 jar sour cherries, drained
  • 1 pack of cake glaze
  • 500 g quark
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 sheets of gelatin (possibly up to 10 sheets)
  • 400 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

super delicious and pretty easy – no baking required!

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Reserve about 12-14 speculatius cookies for garnishing. Crush the rest, mix with the melted butter, and press into a 26 cm springform pan. Arrange the drained cherries on top. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and cover the cherries with it. Mix together the quark, cream cheese, honey, sugar, and cinnamon and add the gelatin prepared according to the package instructions. Once the mixture has set, whip the cream, fold it in, and then pour it over the cherries. Decorate with the remaining (crushed) speculatius cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
