Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ¼ liter cream
  • 6 egg whites
  • 250 g butter
  • 350 g sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dry cake – especially fine

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and the egg whites peak to peaks. Cream the butter until fluffy, then stir in the sugar and egg yolks. Mix the baking powder with the flour and stir into the batter, a spoonful at a time. Now fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites, followed by the whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 60 minutes. It tastes fantastic, but unfortunately, it’s a calorie bomb.
