Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 6 red bell peppers
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 500g Camembert(s)
  • 400 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

modified Bavarian recipe

Wash and trim the bell peppers, cut them into small cubes, and place them in a bowl. Add half of the crème fraîche and the roughly chopped Camembert to another bowl. Crush the garlic cloves over the top and add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Finish with the remaining crème fraîche and mix everything until smooth. Fold the cheese mixture into the diced bell peppers and let it sit for 30 minutes. Stir again and enjoy with warm flatbread and dry white wine or beer.
