Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g Camembert(s), very ripe
- 50 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp beer, light
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt and pepper, salt
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the rind from the Camembert, if necessary, and mash it with a fork. Stir in the butter and beer. Peel and finely chop the onion, and add it. Season the cheese with caraway seeds, paprika, pepper, and a little salt. Finally, finely chop the chives and sprinkle them on top. Obatzter tastes especially good with pretzels.
