Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • ⅛ liter red wine, preferably Pinot Noir or Dornfelder dry
  • 3 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon
  • 150 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • Condensed milk
  • red wine
  • lemon juice

Mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and the baking powder-flour mixture. Add the red wine and mix well (on a medium mixer speed). Add the cocoa, cinnamon, and sprinkles, and then mix on high speed until the batter comes away from the beaters. If the batter is too runny, add a little more flour. Bake in a bundt cake pan or ring pan at 180 degrees Celsius for 55-65 minutes. Make a glaze from the powdered sugar, red wine, lemon juice, and condensed milk and cover the cake with it. It also tastes delicious dusted with powdered sugar alone or with chocolate icing.
