White sausage – cheese – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 sausages (white sausages)
  • 200 g cheese (Brie)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white wine, or water
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Let the white sausages simmer in not-quite-boiling water for 10 minutes. Then remove the skins, let them cool, and slice them thinly. Dice the cheese and thinly slice the spring onions. Combine the oil, vinegar, and wine or water to make a sauce. Combine the sausage slices, cheese cubes, and spring onions, pour the sauce over the sausage, and season with salt and pepper. Of course, other cheeses, such as Harzer, can be used instead of Brie. Pretzels go well with this.
