Spicy rice with fish from the wok

In a large pot, cook the basmati rice in plenty of boiling salted water. Meanwhile, fry the fish fillets in a little oil in a wok at about level 7 on both sides. Then place them on a plate and keep warm with a large lid. Sauté the vegetables in the wok, cover, and cook for 5-6 minutes on level 8-6. Drain the cooked rice and add it to the vegetables. Cut the fish into small pieces and toss it with the rice and vegetables in the wok. Season to taste and let everything simmer for another 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
