Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp almond slivers or almond flakes
- 2 tbsp raisins
- some water
- 500 g yogurt
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp honey
- ⅛ tsp cardamom powder, or nutmeg
- 1 banana(s), ripe
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Kela Raita
Pour a little boiling water over the almonds and raisins and let them soak for 15 minutes. Then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and finally fold in the sliced banana. Chill thoroughly. If desired, sprinkle the salad with cardamom or nutmeg.
