Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, small
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g mushrooms to taste (e.g. mushrooms)
  • 4 bell peppers
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Chop the onion. Finely chop the leek and spring onions. Clean and halve the mushrooms and fry them in a little oil. Finely chop the parsley and chives. Add all the prepared ingredients, along with the egg and cottage cheese, to the minced meat in the bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper, and mix everything well. Wash the peppers, remove the insides, and fill the peppers with the minced meat mixture. Place the peppers in a pan, pour the broth over the sides, and cook in the oven at 160°C for about 1 hour. Serve with potatoes or rice.
