Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 8 slices pineapple, drained
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 6 tsp sauce powder (cream sauce), dark and light
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Halve the schnitzel, wash, season, and place in a greased baking dish. Top each with a slice of pineapple and mushrooms. Mix the cream, crème fraîche, and dark and light (cream sauce) sauce powder together, and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for one hour. Serve with rice or croquettes and salad.
