Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g turkey breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions, halved, cut into rings
  • 500 g white cabbage, cut into thin slices
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (alternatively hot paprika powder)
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 200 g rice
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the diced meat with curry powder and oil and fry in a large, nonstick pan. Sauté gently with the lid on for 10-15 minutes, then add the onions and cabbage. Sauté gently with the lid on for another 10 minutes over low heat. Add salt, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, and garlic. Prepare the rice as usual. Fold spoonfuls into the nasi goreng and mix well. Season to taste with soy sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and curry powder. Serve hot.
