Ingredients for 18 servings:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 cl liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 400 g sugar
  • 30 g agar-agar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Briefly bring the coconut milk, water, coconut liqueur, and sugar to a boil, then stir in the agar agar and simmer for about 3 minutes. Pour into 18 small molds and chill. (Approx. 2 to 3 hours) To serve, remove the coconut jelly from the molds and place it on a plate. Garnish with fresh fruit. We served the jelly on a sauce made from freshly pureed strawberries.
