Asparagus with ham and crab

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 100 g crab or shrimp
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the asparagus in salted water with a little sugar and a quarter of the butter for a quarter of an hour until al dente. Cut the ham into strips and set aside. Finely chop the onion and eggs. Cut the chives into small rolls and briefly sauté them with the onion and eggs in the remaining melted butter. Pour the ham over the asparagus first, then the crab butter. This is best served with small, boiled potatoes tossed in butter.
