Simple asparagus and potato casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg asparagus, white, cleaned
  • 500 g asparagus, green, cleaned
  • 2 packs of hollandaise sauce
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 200 g ham, diced (lean)
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ jar water
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Slice the potatoes and boil. Brown the ham in a pan, add the washed and portion-sized asparagus, season well, and cook briefly (10 minutes) while stirring and adding half a glass of water. Place the potato slices and the fried asparagus and ham mixture in a large casserole dish. Pour the hollandaise sauce directly over the potatoes and top with the grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
