Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g squid(s) (squid rings)
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- ½ bell pepper(s) chopped
- 1 cup(s) white wine
- 1 tomato(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 dl water

Lula’s cuisadas
Heat the oil, onion, and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. When the garlic is golden brown, add the squid. Add the tomato and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the wine and 1 dl of water. Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
