Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 ml milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 small apples, sliced
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Now add the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix well with the milk/egg mixture. Now add just enough of the remaining milk until you have a pourable batter. Heat a pan with fat and pour in the batter in portions (depending on whether you want small or large cakes) and evenly distribute the sliced apples on top. Brown well on one side and then carefully turn. Repeat if necessary. Tip: Smaller apple cakes are easier to turn over without any loss.
