  • 80 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 small apples, sliced
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Now add the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix well with the milk/egg mixture. Now add just enough of the remaining milk until you have a pourable batter. Heat a pan with fat and pour in the batter in portions (depending on whether you want small or large cakes) and evenly distribute the sliced ​​apples on top. Brown well on one side and then carefully turn. Repeat if necessary. Tip: Smaller apple cakes are easier to turn over without any loss.
