Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the milk, flour, and baking powder well, then stir in the eggs and salt. Let the pancake batter rest for 15 minutes, then fry 8 smaller pancakes in hot oil.
