Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp sesame paste or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, light
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tsp sauce (chili bean sauce)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp water, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mongolian dip
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Serve the dip in small bowls with the lamb, spinach, and Chinese cabbage. Serve one bowl per guest, and the other dishes on a large platter for everyone to enjoy.
