Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 small chili peppers, red
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, dark sweet
- 3 tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Deseed the chilies and slice them into thin strips. Combine the soy sauce with the lime juice and fish sauce, then stir in the chopped chilies. This dip goes perfectly with meat skewers, spring rolls, or meatballs with snake beans (see my profile).
