Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g yogurt
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- some coriander
- some caraway
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Add the corn, onion, and garlic. Stir into the yogurt. Season to taste. It’s perfect with very spicy Indian dishes.
