Chili-banana yogurt

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • ½ tsp chili, finely chopped red
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 bananas, half ripe
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red or green

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a glass bowl and whisk until creamy. Gradually add the crème fraîche and whisk vigorously. Stir in the finely chopped chili and season with salt. Peel the bananas, cut them into small cubes, and mix well with the yogurt mixture. Serve ice cold, garnished with chili rings, if desired. Chili banana yogurt is especially suitable as a side dish for spicy curry dishes. The creamy yogurt adds a mild touch to the spiciness of a curry.
