Muffins with Sour Cream

- 200 g Sour cream
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Beat the eggs, sour cream and oil until smooth. Then the dry ingredients are added, the dough becomes relatively firm and not creamy, that’s by design. Now you can add berries if you want or just leave them as they are.
- Distribute the dough evenly in 12 muffin paper molds and bake at 160 degrees fan-assisted for 25-30 minutes on the middle rack,
