Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pork of your choice (e.g. neck, shoulder …), well chilled
  • ¼ tsp caraway powder
  • 1 tsp, sautéed marjoram
  • 1 tsp sautéed oregano
  • e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
  • n. B. Pepper, black from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the meat into 2 cm pieces. Mix with the spices and grind.
