Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g wheat flour type 550
- Fat for frying

Make a firm dough from quark, eggs, salt, and flour. The amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the quark. The dough should be easy to roll out. Roll out to about 5 mm thick, cut into diamond shapes or any desired shape, and fry quickly in hot oil until they rise like a pillow and turn golden yellow. Serve with ground coffee.
