Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (Viennese base)
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g instant drink powder (lemon flavor)
- 1 pack of cake glaze, light
- ½ tsp food coloring, yellow
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whip the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener. Separately, mix the sour cream with the drink powder. Then fold this mixture into the cream and spread it over the Vienna cake base to create a smooth surface. Prepare the cake glaze according to the instructions, mix it with the food coloring, and then boil it. Pour the finished cake glaze onto the topping. Note: To help the cake get the right shape, it’s a good idea to use a cake ring. Tip: This recipe can also be adapted to make an orange or raspberry cake. You’ll just need to change the color of the glaze and the flavor of the drink powder.
