Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- some lemon peel
- 3 eggs
- 125 g whole wheat flour
- 125 g wheat flour type 405
- 300 ml milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with low-fat quark instead of butter, for 10 waffles
Mix all ingredients. Add a little more milk if necessary until the batter starts to bubble. Then bake in a waffle iron until you have about 10 waffles. This recipe also works with whole-wheat rye flour.
