Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 ml fruit yogurt (strawberry)
  • 50 ml fruit yogurt (blueberry)
  • 50 ml vanilla yogurt
  • 10 g oat flakes
  • 10 g pumpkin seeds
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds, ground
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 apple slices
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp raspberries
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a bowl, one at a time. Alternate the fruit, oats, and seeds on top of the yogurt. Garnish with ground poppy seeds and fresh mint. And your Berry Morning Bowl is ready. Tip: You can also easily make granola from the nuts and fruit! Making your own granola is super simple. All you need is oat or spelt flakes, oil (such as sunflower oil), and honey or a syrup. Mix as many ingredients into your crunchy mix as you like. Mix everything together, spread it on a baking sheet, and pop it in the oven. Bake the crunchy muesli until crispy, let it cool, and then break it into small pieces.
