Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes, fine or coarse
  • 3 tbsp blueberries, frozen
  • 150 ml water, boiling
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 3 tbsp milk, lactose-free, almond milk or rice milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the blueberries in a deep plate or bowl to form the bottom. Spread the oats on top and pour boiling water over them. There should be some liquid in the plate/bowl. The oats will swell considerably and absorb it. After 5 minutes, add the other ingredients and stir. The amounts are based on personal taste. All ingredients are, of course, permitted on the FODMAP or time-limited diet.
