  • 2 apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Peel and core the apples, then cook them with the almond milk and cinnamon powder for about 15 minutes until soft. Transfer everything to a blender and puree until smooth. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it into an ice cream maker and freeze. This delicious apple, almond, and cinnamon ice cream is perfect not only for summer but also during the colder months.
