Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- ¼ onion(s)
- e.g. olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 3 tsp Pesto alla Genovese with basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
As a starter or side dish
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Briefly fry both together in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and toss with the pesto, then serve.
