Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large oyster mushrooms
- 3 tbsp, heaped flour
- 2 eggs, size M
- Salt
- 3 tbsp heaped breadcrumbs
- n. B. Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the eggs and add a little salt. Coat the mushrooms first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat the clarified butter and fry the mushrooms until golden brown on both sides. Serve with remoulade or a garlic dip.
