Strawberries with yogurt and Cremefine cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g strawberries
  • 5 tbsp sweetener (sugar substitute)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 1 tsp, leveled lemon zest, organic (optional)
  • 350 g yogurt (0.1% fat content)
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine
  • 4 tbsp sweetener (sugar substitute)
  • mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

reduced fat and no sugar

First, wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into small pieces. Sprinkle the sugar substitute over the top; you can use more or less, depending on your taste. Note that sugar substitutes are usually less sweet than sugar. Now add the grated lemon zest and vanilla seeds, mix everything well, and let it sit for about 1 hour. Whisk the Cremefine, slowly adding the sugar substitute; the amount here, too, depends on your taste. Then carefully stir in the yogurt with a whisk. You can layer it nicely in 4 glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
