Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 25 g pudding powder, vanilla
  • 15 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • n. B. sugar
  • 2 m.-large egg whites
  • n. B. lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Heat the milk in a saucepan, leaving only a few tablespoons. Mix the pudding powder with the cocoa powder and stir in the remaining milk. Pour the mixture into the hot milk and bring to a boil while stirring. Let it cool slightly and season with sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the still-warm cream. Let it cool completely before serving. Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
