Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g carrot(s)
- 50 g bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 50 g gherkins, from the jar
- 50 g apple
- 20 g onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 120 g mustard
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spread, dip
Chop the carrots, bell peppers, apple, gherkins, onions, and garlic thoroughly. Cook the carrots in the pot for about 8 minutes, then add the bell peppers after 5 minutes. Drain the water and add all the other ingredients. Puree the mixture thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or basil, if desired. Tastes great on fresh bread or as a dip for vegetable sticks!
