Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g apple sauce, slightly chunky
- 125 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
- 30 g sugar
- 4 servings of Stevia (4 measuring spoons)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 60 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- ½ tsp cream of tartar baking powder
- 50 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 25 g sugar
- 4 servings of Stevia (4 measuring spoons)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some flavoring, lemon peel
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- ½ pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with Stevia, light and delicious
Grease an 18 cm springform pan. For the dough, mix the flour, sugar, stevia, salt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Heat the margarine and sprinkle it over the cake. Using a dough hook, knead it into crumbles. Press about half of the crumbles into the springform pan. Spread the applesauce over the crumbles. Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the margarine until fluffy. Add the sugar, stevia, vanilla sugar, lemon zest flavoring, and lemon juice. Stir in the egg. Stir in the low-fat quark and vanilla pudding powder thoroughly. Spread the mixture over the applesauce. Sprinkle the remaining crumbles on top. Bake the cake on the middle rack for about 32-35 minutes.
