Freeze whipped cream piped into rosettes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream or leftovers
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(Using leftover cream)

Whip cream with sugar until stiff. Pipe rosettes onto aluminum foil using a piping bag. Then pre-freeze, wrap, and place in the freezer. Remove the frozen rosettes individually and use them to decorate cakes and desserts. They will thaw in 15 minutes at room temperature.
