Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 white cabbage
- 500 g minced beef or mixed
- 1 large onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the white cabbage into eighths, remove the stalk, and cut into small strips. Brown the minced meat with onion and garlic in a pan and season. Then add the chopped white cabbage and simmer. You may need to add a little water from time to time (depending on the pan) to prevent the cabbage from burning. Serve after about 15-20 minutes (the white cabbage should still be firm to the bite). Serve with either baked potatoes with sour cream dip or simply with a baguette.
